Iowa Gambling License For Raffle
The Gambling Control Unit is responsible for the administering and enforcement of the laws and rules governing Beano/Bingo and Games of Chance. This includes licensing and/or registration of games and inspection for compliance which include Agricultural Fairs. Additionally, this Unit shall also assist in the investigations of illegal gambling in Maine.

State Of Iowa Gambling License Application
A license must be issued by the Department of Inspections and Appeals (DIA) before gambling takes place, including promotion and the sale of tickets. Initial Requirements Any organization applying for the 90-Day Qualified Organization License must be able to prove tax-exempt status in order to qualify.
